Quality Control

Quality could be maintained only by keeping bird eye watch on each and every little thing. Not a single niceness is allowed. Quality control starts from the very beginning stage i.e. from the period when raw material is purchased. 

Raw-material is purchased from only the well known and quality oriented producers like Finolex, IPCL, Reliance which are India based huge producers and are also quality conscious. Also the other raw materials required like Calcium Carbonate, PVC Stabilizer etc are of high quality. But quality can not be maintained just by purchasing quality based raw material but its proper use and proper mixture as per quality norms established is too important, which is maintained by us very strictly and carefully. Not a single item is mixed more or less than actually required. It is then after production process is carried on.

During production also due care is taken about quality. For better quality production best available machinery is required which is installed at our place. Before starting mass production a sample piece is taken out and is checked by the skilled Quality Control personnels. Due care is taken about the thickness, weight, O.D., smoothness etc. Once the general test is satisfactory then, only the mass production is carried on. Also during production of pipes & fittings is checked out as regular intervals. We are also strict about the proper length and smoothness at both the ends of pipes & complete OK piece of PVC fittings. During in-process and final inspection, quality requirements related internal, national and international standards are followed. 

After the production of one particular size is completed our Q.C. Officer carries out proper laboratory applicable tests as per National and International Standards. When any third party inspection if required is to be done, then is carried out as per customers' nominated inspection at out laboratory.

Once the whole process is completed the pipes & fittings are transferred for storage. We are having a covered shade for storage of pipes. 

During transit care is taken that the pipes & fittings are not damaged.
